Part-Time | In-Person Overview Physician's Services Group (PSG) is seeking a part-time Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support Post-Acute Care facilities throughout the Aiken, SC region. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative care team focused on improving outcomes for geriatric and post-acute patients. Schedule and Work Environment Part-Time | Flexible Weekday Schedule Float coverage within Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute Care facilities in the Aiken market No nights or weekends required Team-oriented environment with physician and nursing collaboration Opportunity for schedule growth based on provider interest and market expansion What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive post-acute and primary care services Perform patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care Manage chronic disease and preventative care initiatives Help reduce readmissions through proactive patient management Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation Coordinate care with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and availability Performance-based incentives available Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance Supportive leadership and clinical infrastructure Qualifications Active South Carolina NP or PA license, or ability to obtain Board Certified (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent) Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, hospital, or outpatient care preferred Comfortable adapting across multiple facilities and patient populations Ability to work independently and efficiently Why Join PSG?
