What We Offer Novant Health is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing team in South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and building long-term relationships with patients and families. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive team environment. #NHMGAPPs What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Perform preventive, routine, and problem-focused evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing care management Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing Provide preventive health education, counseling, and screening Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the care team Promote continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Support the continued growth and development of the primary care practice What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current NP or PA certification and South Carolina licensure/eligibility Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related primary care experience preferred New graduate candidates with strong clinical training may be considered BLS certification required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Why Choose Novant Health?
