Job Description

Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Conway, SC market area , in collaboration with Healogics and Conway Medical Center . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on procedures, complex wound management, and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes . This role is designed for providers who want to work in a specialized, procedure-driven outpatient environment with a strong clinical support team and predictable schedule. Responsibilities include:
Performing wound care procedures including: Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Suturing and minor procedures Advanced wound management techniques Managing chronic and complex wounds, primarily in an adult and geriatric population Providing evidence-based treatment plans to promote healing Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes Comprehensive Clinical Support You will have a dedicated team supporting your success, including: Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front and back office support staff Training & Professional Growth Full Wound Care training provided Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) training provided Paid onboarding and mentorship program Opportunity for continued growth and leadership opportunities ✅ Experience Requirements Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Current DEA license Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Minimum 1 year of NP experience required Strong procedural background required , including experience with: Suturing Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Other hands-on procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities Full healthcare benefits 401(k) and retirement plan PTO package including major holidays If you are an NP who enjoys procedures, values work-life balance, and wants to develop expertise in a growing specialty—this is an opportunity to join a proven wound care program with the training and support to succeed.
