Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute care facilities in Georgetown, SC.
Schedule:
3 days/week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call. Responsibilities include evaluating new admissions, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, collaborating with care teams, and maintaining clinical documentation.Qualifications:
Active SC NP license, board certification, clinical judgment skills, and experience in post-acute or geriatric care preferred.
