We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team. Looking for either full-time or part-time candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in pain management or a related specialty and a heart for serving patients. This position requires working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions. Our office is open Mon-Fri, no nights or weekends required.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under physician supervision. Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests. Perform joint or trigger point injections (if credentialed/trained). Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed. Educate patients on pain management techniques, medications, and lifestyle changes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinic policies. Provide care that aligns with the Christian values of Halo Pain Centers.Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in South Carolina. Board certification required. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostic techniques, and interventional procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
