National Certification from an accredited body such as AANP or ANCC. Five years experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Previous experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing or long term care preferred. As a Nurse Practitioner, your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Norton by providing comprehensive, proactive medical care to short- and long-term residents, focusing on chronic disease management, acute illness assessment, and reducing hospital readmissions.
