Primary Care at Physicians Urgent Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare and fostering a welcoming environment for all our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Provider (NP, PA, or MD) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, diagnosing and treating various conditions, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Provide preventive care and health education to patients. Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed. Provide exceptional patient service, prioritize workload efficiency and chart completion. Adhere to standard clinical practice guidelines, including immunization and preventative health schedules. Undertake additional responsibilities including but not limited to staff education, quality assurance reviews, and other relevant duties. Treatments that may be initiated by the provider include: Incision and drainage of abscesses, Biopsy or excision of skin lesions,

Cryosurgery, Birth Control Options Qualifications:

Current and valid Tennessee state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD). Active DEA registration in Tennessee. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field. Current BLS certification.

Schedule:

8 - 12 hour shifts available

Full Time:

2 Primary Care and 1 Urgent Care shift per week

Part Time:

1-2 Primary Care shifts per week
