Job Description

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TENNESSEE AND/OR GEORGIA LICENSE. APPLICANTS MUST ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES, HOME HEALTH, OR HOSPICE.
  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the Greater Chattanooga, TN to Cleveland, TN areas, and some of North Georgia .
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality Wound Care in various settings, including Senior Living Communities, Assisted & Memory Care, Independent Living and patient private homes. For the right candidate, this could become a full time position. We offer a flexible per diem work schedule with opportunity for growth.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide Wound Care services to our Geriatric Patients
  • Conduct comprehensive advanced wound assessments, including diagnosing and treating wounds
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients and their caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of medical records following HIPAA guidelines
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee and Georgia preferred
  • Experience working in Senior Living Communities, patient private homes or primary care settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
