1604763 Apply Now Save Job Block Job Share with a Friend Print Erlanger Health System is seeking a PRN Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support the Employee Health Clinic. The provider will deliver comprehensive occupational and employee health services to Erlanger team members, helping to promote workforce wellness, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to caring for employees across a diverse healthcare system. The provider will also participate in immunization programs, communicable disease surveillance, exposure evaluations, and wellness initiatives. Accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record is required, along with adherence to all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. The Occupational Health NP/PA will serve as a resource for employees regarding injury prevention, occupational health concerns, and return-to-work recommendations. Education, Training, & Experience Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Previous Occupational medicine experience is preferred.
