Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, sonography, and infection control measures as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various settings, including teaching hospitals and assisted living facilities. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices. Address behavioral health concerns and support patients with developmental disabilities. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority. Experience or knowledge in pediatrics, behavioral health, infection control, and clinical research is preferred. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
