ARMOUR FAMILY MEDICINE IS A PHYSICIAN OWNED RURAL HEALTH CLINIC IN COVINGTON, TN. OUR PRACTICE HAS CARED FOR GENERATIONS OF FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITY SINCE 1995. WE BELIEVE GOOD PRIMARY CARE IS PERSONAL. HOME.." (Must be licensed in TN and already have a DEA number.) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients as a Family Nurse Practitioner, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications within scope, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals under collaborative practice agreements. Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform procedures as skilled (e.g., IV insertion, catheterization, suturing as needed). Coordinate patient care across settings, maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation, and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure adherence to scope of practice, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, including DEA/compliance considerations.

$104,359.14 - $125,679.82 per year
