Job Description

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - PRN Interstate Health System Knoxville, TN Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $50 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Health screenings Certified Nurse Practitioner Primary care Physical examinations DEA License Advanced practice provider Urgent care General practice Full Job Description Interstate Health is expanding access to high-quality urgent and primary care for everyone who lives and works along our nation's interstate system and serves rural and other communities with limited options for healthcare. For too long the professional drivers on which the transportation industry depends have been unable to reliably access healthcare. Drivers have had little choice but to delay or forgo the healthcare they need because traditional clinics and hospitals don't have truck parking and taking time off the road to receive care feels risky. Interstate Health is on a mission to change that. Located on the sites of large travel centers across the United States, clinics will be state-of-the-art, free standing facilities, centrally supported by a 24/7 corporate office. Provide Occupational Health, Worker's Comp, Walk-in & Primary Care & Telehealth. This PRN position offers a consistent Monday commitment, with opportunities for additional shifts as needed Certification to complete DOT physicals is required, certification required within 30 days of offer if not already certified. Must be willing to complete DOT Drug Screen certification. DEA License required. Certificiation as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with license to practice in Tennessee.
