09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner - Community Quick Care Community Quick Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our fast-growing outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee . We provide convenient, affordable primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys treating a wide range of common medical conditions in a fast-paced clinic environment while building strong relationships with patients in the community.
