Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital | Lebanon, Tennessee Employed by Anova Medical Associates Anova Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our hospital medicine team at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee. This daytime hospitalist position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment while caring for a diverse inpatient population. Located just 30 minutes east of Nashville, Lebanon offers the convenience of a growing community with easy access to the amenities of Middle Tennessee. Position Highlights Full-time Hospitalist APP 7 days on / 7 days off schedule 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) $15,000 sign-on package Collaborative practice with an on-call hospitalist physician Physician-owned and physician-led medical group Supportive leadership and experienced clinical team Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP/ACNP), or Physician Associate (PA-C) Tennessee license or eligibility for licensure Hospital medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine experience preferred, but not required New graduates with strong inpatient clinical experience are encouraged to apply Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match CME reimbursement Employer-paid malpractice insurance ($5M/$7M) Physical Requirements Mobility and Movement Standing and walking: Spend approximately 75%-85% of the shift standing or walking.
Bending and reaching:
Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and reach as needed to perform job duties.
Climbing:
Ability to climb stairs when necessary.
Lifting:
Ability to regularly lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Sensory and Environmental Requirements Vision:
Ability to maintain clear near and far vision and adequate depth perception to perform job duties.
Hearing:
Ability to hear and communicate effectively in a clinical environment.
