Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Prepare patients for their treatments and procedures Performs medical history and dictate for various patient appointments See patients for Follow-Up and Pre/Post-Procedure appointments Writes appropriate prescriptions and administers medications Thorough and ongoing education to patients and families Formulate and obtained informed consents from patients Work with Anesthesia to obtain formal approval for treatment Documents patient encounters and keep patient documentation up to date Orders and interpret laboratory tests, etc. Participate in continuing education Prepare sterile field for treatment First Assist Responsibilities Primary On Call Duties Additional miscell •Training and supervision to be given by Physicians who have dedicated career to Bio-Restorative Orthopedics and spend 100% of their time consulting on and performing these procedures and treatments. We are prepared to offer education, training and support to a PA who is excited about their field and excited about putting in the considerable effort to hone their craft and be successful within our field of medicine.
