Job Description

We are a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice in need of a Nurse Practitoner or Physician Assistant. Our practice utilizes electronic health records, specifically eClinicalWorks, so familiarity with EHR/EMR programs is preferred. Provider must be familiar with personal computers, have adequate keyboard skills to perform data entry (progress notes, orders, consults, etc.), and be able to navigate through windows based computer programs.
Details:
This is a full time, permanent position (Monday-Friday). Ideal candidate is certified, experienced, compassionate, personable, and professional. Candidate will work with double Board Certified Physicians. There is a productivity based bonus incentive that is paid quarterly in addition to salary. Responsibilities Assess patients' health and their demands and aim to fulfill them as well as possible Inform physicians about any problems or discrepancies that might arise Review patient histories identifying abnormal conditions Monitor patients' progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries or other medical events Provide trigger point injections, or joint injections as needed (training available) Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards Collaborate effectively with team members of various specializations Skills Proven work experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination, therapy and recovery Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Please be caring and compassionate Team player with good communication skills
Requirements:
Candidate must be licensed in the State of Tennessee and have a valid DEA number Interested candidates may reply with a resume.

$105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
