About the Job Medical Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Autonomy, Flexibility, and Rewarding Care in Post-Acute Medicine. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Medical Management. Primary responsibility for primary care services, acute care services, routine monitoring of chronic conditions. Quality Improvement. Implementing best practices to avoid hospitalizations and emergency department visits and maximize functional improvements and quality of life.

Team Support:

Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise. Regulatory Compliance.

Financial Rewards and Benefits:

Annual compensation ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, based on volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
