Tennessee Regenerative Medicine is looking for an experienced, confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis, approximately 1-2 days per week as needed. $50-65 hourly PLUS opportunity to earn commission! This is NOT the position for someone who freezes when they see a shoulder, knee, hip, or ankle. We want the provider who looks at a joint and thinks: "Yep. I've got this."

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You love regenerative and holistic medicine and believe there is tremendous value in helping the body heal, restore function, and improve quality of life. You are confident and highly skilled with injections and comfortable treating a variety of joints and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience with PRP, PRF, regenerative procedures, joint injections, ultrasound-guided procedures, and/or neuroinjections is highly valued. But technical skill is only half of what we're looking for. We want someone who can walk into a treatment room and make a patient immediately feel:

… You are an experienced NP or PA with strong injection skills. You don't flinch at joints, you actually enjoy treating them. You're excited about regenerative, functional, and holistic approaches to healthcare. You are decisive, clinically sound, and able to move from assessment to action without becoming paralyzed by overanalysis. You have excellent hands-on technical skills and attention to detail. Your documentation is accurate, timely, and thorough. Great notes matter here. You communicate clearly with both patients and the clinical team. You can explain complex concepts in a way patients actually understand. You have warmth, personality, and excellent bedside manner. You take ownership of your work and do what you say you're going to do. You enjoy being part of a team that works hard, has fun, and genuinely cares about its patients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll provide PRN clinical support with a primary emphasis on regenerative and injection-based procedures, including appropriate joint and musculoskeletal injections. Depending on your training and scope, procedures may include PRP, PRF, regenerative injections, neuroinjections, and other advanced therapies offered by the practice. You'll evaluate patients when appropriate, review treatment recommendations, perform procedures safely and confidently, document your care thoroughly, educate patients, and communicate with the rest of the team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

THE SCHEDULE

This is a PRN position , with the potential for approximately 1-2 days per week , depending on patient volume and practice needs. We're looking for someone who wants to become our go-to regenerative provider when patients need procedures—not simply someone looking to pick up another shift.
