POSITION OVERVIEW
Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated pediatricians to join our foundational team in Memphis, Tennessee. In April 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics partnered with All Better Pediatrics, a well-established and trusted name for over a decade. Now united under the Zarminali name, we are building on All Better Pediatrics strong community roots to shape the future of pediatric care in the region and state. You will play a vital role in advancing the health of children while fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and community.WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an advanced practice clinician at Zarminali you will focus on:Patient Care:
Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.Growth, Development & Preventative Health:
Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.Patient & Family Education:
Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.Documentation:
Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.Collaboration:
Work alongside Pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Respects families' decisions, provides evidence-based care, and aims to keep patients in mainstream settings.WHAT YOU NEED
Master's degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Current and unrestricted license to practice in Tennessee Current and unrestricted Tennessee DEA license Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers At least 2 years of experience working in a pediatric settingBLS/ACLS
Certification Must be comfortable with hospital rounding and be NICU trained.WHAT WE OFFER
