Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services Will perform injections. Schedule & Locations Primary center: Morristown Target weekly hours: 32
