Scope:

Functional medicine test review Patient assessment and primary care services Hormone and Peptide therapy Biomarker Testing Panels Early Detection & Imaging Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation (EBOO) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Cryotherapy & Infrared LED Saunas Custom IV Therapy & Vitamin Shots Skin & Facial Treatments Team:

1 Nurse Practitioner + 1 Physician Assistant Offsite collaborating physician 5 onsite support RNs Office staff and

Executive Care Coordinator Compensation:

$60/hr with your choice of hours from 30-40 per week Full health benefits, 401k, & PTO Unlimited use of facility equipment and services

Requirements:

Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Unrestricted Tennessee license DEA prescriptive authority (or eligible) At least 2 years of experience in Primary Care with experience in Functional Medicine is required H1B sponsorship is not available at this time

Pay:

$125,000.00 per year
