growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team. Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team. - 22-bed unit 1 APP on service at a time Work alongside Neonatologists + experienced APP team What you'll do Provide neonatal care in a Level

III NICU

setting Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment What we're looking for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NICU experience preferred Open to strong new grads with NICU background RN NICU background considered DEA required Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Live Where Others Vacation Scenic mountain and riverfront community in Chattanooga Affordable cost of living Outdoor paradise: hiking, biking, boating, parks Family-friendly community with excellent schools Easy access to major airports and metro areas
