Mid-Level provider needed in Southern Middle Tennessee Family Practice/ Primary Care clinic. This practice is well established and sees patients from all age groups, backgrounds, and social statuses. Looking for a self-starter, and motivated team player. Mid-Level providers should be willing to operate independently within their Scope of Practice with Supervising Physician available 24/7 by phone for consult and well-trained, dedicated clinic staff willing to help any way they can for the benefit of our patients Looking for Part-Time candidate with the possibility of transition to Full-Time, if amenable. Flexible Scheduling. Unencumbered Tennessee State License (APRN) and Full, Unrestricted DEA Registration required. The Nurse Practitioner will primarily work in a clinic, providing comprehensive care in a Family Practice setting.. Reporting to a physician, the NP will assist in delivering high-quality healthcare through patient assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated follow-up care within an interdisciplinary team. This role requires clinical expertise and effective patient communication to support diagnosis and ongoing patient management without any travel obligations. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather relevant medical history Support diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans Perform clinical procedures as required Educate patients on health management and treatment options Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation Manage medication prescriptions and adjustments Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress Required Qualifications Unencumbered TN APRN license Unrestricted DEA Registration Preferred Qualifications Board Certification (FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC) Credentialed with commercial payors in Tennessee Proficiency in patient assessment and clinical procedures Experience with medical documentation and pharmacology Strong patient communication skills Solid understanding of diagnosis and treatment planning Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Pay:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
