Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Are you passionate about building long-term relationships with your patients and practicing medicine the way it should be? Be Well Primary Care is looking for a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. At Be Well Primary Care, we believe in taking the time to know our patients, providing comprehensive primary care, and creating a workplace where providers enjoy coming to work each day. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment where quality always comes first. This is a full-time, outpatient position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. With multiple clinic locations throughout the DFW area, additional location opportunities may be discussed during the interview process based on practice needs and candidate preferences. Primary Responsibilities Provide patient care within the scope of your licensure and certification. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions according to current standards of care. Promote preventive care and patient education. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Participate in business and patient care meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing. Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a primary care setting. Interest in medical aesthetics, cosmetic treatments, or office-based procedures. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care. Passion for building long-term relationships with patients.
