® Diverse patient population with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses Modern, technology-supported practice with strong clinical and administrative support Focus on quality patient care-not rushing through appointments Position Overview As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescent and adult patients in an outpatient setting. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and improved quality of life. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders Develop individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and follow-up care Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record Participate in collaborative treatment planning Learn and support advanced treatment programs including TMS and

®, as appropriate Who We're Looking For Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Nursing Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active Texas APRN license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for delivering exceptional psychiatric care Commitment to evidence-based medicine Desire to work within a collaborative team environment Practice Highlights Outpatient psychiatry only Adolescent and adult patient population Medication management Collaborative physician-led practice TMS and
