Job Description

Join a team devoted to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities across Bonham, Texas. We're looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting. What you'll do Provide daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment plans Prescribe medications and coordinate care with facility staff and families Work efficiently using our streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company iPad with LTE Use clinical resources like UpToDate® for real-time guidance Schedule and work environment Full-time positions with flexible scheduling Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) No overnight or on-call responsibilities Compensation and benefits Highly competitive pay with an uncapped productivity-based model - opportunities to exceed industry benchmarks Up to $50,000 in long-term retention incentives and performance bonus program Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Paid Time Off and 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible providers CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and lab coat What we're looking for Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred If you're passionate about improving the health and quality of life for older adults and want a supportive team environment with excellent work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
