Job Description

Nurse Practitioner Cleburne, TX Salary:
$125K+ $5k sign on Bonus No Nights I'm going to be blunt… If you're seeing 25-30 patients a day, running behind, skipping lunch, and charting at night, you already know that's not sustainable. And no, it's not "just how healthcare is." This job is different. We are a private primary care practice in Cleburne, TX that is hiring right now because we are growing — not because people are quitting. They don't burn providers out, and they don't overload schedules. Here's the reality of this role:
  • $120K-$130K base +$5k sign on bonus (
  • Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Light Saturday rotation only (short hours, not every week)
  • 18-22 patients per day — not 30+
  • Strong support staff (you're not doing 5 jobs at once)
  • Full benefits + PTO Let's be honest… Most jobs say "great work environment." This one actually has it — or I wouldn't be putting my name on it. This is a stable, privately owned practice where:
  • You're not rushed all day
  • You're not treated like a number
  • You can actually focus on patient care They're open to new grads, but they're not desperate — they're selective.
So if you're interested, don't sit on this. We're actively interviewing right now. If you wait, someone else will take it. Apply with a copy of your resume for immediate interview!
