Sharing directly in the success you help create every day Essential daily duties include: Provide primary medical care and palliative care for chronic and acute illnesses to patients who are home-bound or have difficulty traveling to a physician's office

Provide physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic diseases

Interpret laboratory and test results

Prescribe and manage medications and other therapies all with an emphasis on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

Current TX license required

Two or more years as a Nurse Practitioner

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of situations

Hospice or Palliative care experience preferred

Experience EMR preferred
