$5,000 The Opportunity CureFast Urgent Care is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Del Valle clinic in Southeast Austin, 20 minutes from downtown. You will run your own room with a full support team behind you, treat a broad mix of acute illness and injury, and go home on time with every other weekend off. This is a role for a confident provider who is tired of corporate urgent care and wants to practice with autonomy, real physician backup, and a Medical Director who answers the phone. • About 14 shifts per month.
• Every other weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Never more than 3 shifts in a row.
• Schedules published months ahead so you can actually plan.
• You never find your own coverage. Request the time off and covering the shift is our job. Compensation
• Top-of-market base salary plus an uncapped, transparent quarterly productivity bonus.

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries with autonomy.
• Perform and interpret on-site diagnostics: digital X-ray, EKG, and CLIA-waived labs.
• Perform standard urgent care procedures: laceration repair, splinting, I&D, and foreign body removal.
• Work alongside experienced Medical Assistants and X-Ray Techs who handle rooming, vitals, and testing so you can focus on the patient.
• Collaborate with a physician Medical Director who is available and involved, not supervisory in name only. What We Need From You
• 2 to 3+ years of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience. New graduates are not eligible for this role.
• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license.
• National certification (AANP or ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• Confident procedural skills: suturing, splinting, and I&D.
• Someone who takes ownership of the room and treats patients the way they would want their own family treated.
