This is a 3-5+ month locum tenens assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent position. The role offers a consistent Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule caring for an adult patient population. Position Highlights $100/hour 1099 Locum tenens assignment with potential for contract-to-hire 3-5+ month initial assignment Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Outpatient Primary Care Patients 18 and older Approximately 16 patients per day eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR Opportunity to transition to a permanent employed position Permanent salary of approximately $130,000 For immediate consideration send CV/resumes to Job Duties Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients age 18+ See both routine and acute care patients Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Manage chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Address HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) and Quality GAPs Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Complete follow-up visits and medication management Coordinate referrals and care with specialists and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW) Qualifications Current
