Controlled Substances Registration Psychotherapy Full Job Description Are you an experienced PMHNP who has successfully navigated the world of private practice or contract positions? Neighbors Counseling & Psych Care is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Structure & Compensation This role is designed for someone who currently has or had an active private practice and is looking to leverage their expertise in a collaborative and impact their environment. Candidates who are willing and able to understand 1099 contact self-employment are welcomed to apply. The role is 1099 contract based with full autonomy over psychiatric practice
Fee-Split Model:
65% for sessions completed at Neighbors Counseling Group Rate (supervising physician provided).
Fee-Split Model:
70% for routine sessions completed at Neighbors Counseling Group Rate (current supervising physician).
Key Responsibilities Clinical Expirtise:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic assessments and treatment for PTSD, MDD, OCD, General Stress, Biploar disorder, etc
Clinical Excellence:
Manage a diverse patient population utilizing ICD-10 coding, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and psychopharmacology best practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our administrative team and multidisciplinary providers to coordinate holistic care.
The Ideal Candidate ADHD Specialization:
You have a background or working knowledge for ADHD diagnosis, medication management including schedule II only if needed, and psychotherapy (required).
Private Practice Experience:
You have a general understanding or active working knowledge running your own current or previous solo practice or contracted in a group practice. (highly preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience licensed as a PMHNP (highly preferred).
Requirements Licensure:
Current PMHNP certification and state license.
DEA:
Must have or will obtain Federal DEA Registration to be able to prescribe Schedule II-V controlled substances if needed.
Systems Proficiency:
Experience with EMRs, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and E-Script.
Regulatory Knowledge:
