Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, respiratory illnesses) Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications as needed Perform minor procedures, lab orders, and preventive screenings Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation

Qualifications:
