The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive clinical background, demonstrating expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across diverse medical settings. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a broad knowledge of medical procedures. The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state laws and collaborative practice agreements, ensuring compliance with DEA regulations. Manage acute and chronic conditions Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records management. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Provide health coaching, patient education, and follow-up care to promote wellness and disease prevention strategies. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure with current certification in advanced practice nursing; experience working within collaborative practice agreements preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Extensive clinical experience Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation techniques Competence in managing internal medicine cases Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively across diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
