Qualifications Active and unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner license 2+ years of clinical experience preferred Previous hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and/or wellness Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments, including: Botox / neuromodulators Dermal fillers PDO threads / thread lifts Other non-surgical facial and body aesthetic treatments Experience with HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and/or wellness medicine preferred Active DEA registration with prescribing authority appropriate to the position Strong knowledge of

coding, documentation, and medical billing Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Experience with Boulevard or similar medical spa practice-management software Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient assessment, and treatment planning Excellent communication and patient consultation skills Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care Professional, personable, and comfortable working in a medical aesthetics environment Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, and other applicable procedures Provide HRT and wellness consultations and manage treatment plans within scope of practice Prescribe medications and treatments when clinically appropriate and legally permitted Maintain accurate clinical documentation and appropriate ICD-10 coding Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education Monitor treatment outcomes and manage appropriate follow-ups Maintain patient safety and adhere to applicable Texas laws, regulations, and clinical standards Collaborate with the medical spa team to provide an excellent patient experience Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is an NP who is already comfortable performing aesthetic procedures independently , has strong injection and consultation skills, and understands both the clinical and business side of a medical spa . Experience with Botox, fillers, PDO threads, HRT, and wellness services is highly preferred.
