- Keller Family Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated PA or NP to join our growing family practice team in Keller, Texas.

We are an established, wellness-focused family practice that values quality patient care, collaborative team culture, provider autonomy, and long-term relationships. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient family practice position Predictable outpatient schedule — no hospital rounds No call responsibilities 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio for strong clinical support Average 18-22 patients per day with 15-30 minute appointments Collaborative physician backup while maintaining provider autonomy Established and loyal patient base Stable leadership and a genuinely supportive administration Modern practice focused on preventive and wellness care Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and productivity.Expected annual range:
