Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - North Fort Worth/Keller (area), TX Part-Time Opportunity Meridian Health Partners is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join our Weekend Provider Program , delivering compassionate care in post-acute/skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Requirements:

Active Texas Medical License & DEA certification 3+ years of experience in acute care, clinics, or senior care settings
