Lone Star Neonatology is seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our thriving practice supporting seven Medical City NICUs across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. With NICUs ranging from Level II to Level IV-most being Level III-you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with experienced Neonatologists, and make a meaningful impact on newborns and their families. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial team that values autonomy, teamwork, and high-quality patient outcomes. Opportunity Highlights Scheduling is a rotation of: 24-hour in-house coverage (majority of shifts) with physician backup 9-hour shifts at facilities with 24-hour in-house physician coverage Top-of-license practice with opportunities to perform procedures such as PICC lines and intubations Collaborative, supportive culture across the neonatal team and broader care teams NICUs across Level II-IV, with strong MFM referral patterns Join a respected team of Neonatologists and NNPs dedicated to evidence-based, family-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401(k) Occurrence-based malpractice coverage (no tail required) No state or local wage tax in Texas About Medical City Lewisville One of the primary facilities supported byLone Star Neonatology:
