Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions, and collaborate with our medical staff to ensure optimal outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, ERs, and telehealth platforms.
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical-surgical conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with spinal taps and other invasive procedures.
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of disease.
- Triage patients and prioritize their care based on urgency and acuity.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness. Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current RN license and APRN license.
- Current certifications in areas such as pediatrics, gerontology, or family medicine.
- Experience in a nursing home or ER setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to ventilate patients and perform other invasive procedures.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Pay:
$120,000.00- $125,000.
