Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions, and collaborate with our medical staff to ensure optimal outcomes.   • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, ERs, and telehealth platforms.
  • Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical-surgical conditions.
  • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with spinal taps and other invasive procedures.
  • Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of disease.
  • Triage patients and prioritize their care based on urgency and acuity.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current RN license and APRN license.
  • Current certifications in areas such as pediatrics, gerontology, or family medicine.
  • Experience in a nursing home or ER setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to ventilate patients and perform other invasive procedures.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
