Job Description

Work alongside a board certified neurologist in a collaborative, physician led outpatient primary care practice serving primarily Medicare Advantage patients, with a clearly defined panel of your own and a weekday schedule built for real work life balance. About the Role This role is open due to practice growth, and a waiting list! The supervising neurologist is booked through year end, and this role exists to open access to established patients, not to build a panel from scratch. You will manage a defined scope of neurological care, including stable migraine, neuropathy follow-ups, medication monitoring, dementia and Parkinson's follow-ups, stable epilepsy, and post-hospital follow-up, while the supervising neurologist handles new complex consults, diagnostic dilemmas, and advanced procedures. What You'll Do Conduct neurological histories, exams, and ongoing management for an established outpatient panel Order and review diagnostic studies, including MRI, CT, EEG, and EMG reports Manage medication therapy and coordinate specialty treatment and referrals Document in the EHR with the support of AI assisted coding tools What We're Looking For Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program Current Texas NP or PA license, DEA registration, and BLS certification Neurology experience required Managed care or value-based care experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $125,000 to $165,000, plus bonus opportunity of up to 40% of salary Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and DEA and licensure reimbursement 401(k) with a strong company match and no vesting period Medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous PTO, paid holidays, and more!
