Job Overview A well-established and growing physician-owned primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its clinical team in Stone Oak, TX. The practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and values building long-term relationships with patients while allowing providers adequate time per visit. Experience is preferred; however, all qualified candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting Perform medical evaluations, examinations, and assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope of practice Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR) Education & Qualifications Board Certified FNP-C / FNP-BC or PA-C Active and unrestricted Texas state license Active DEA license Familiarity with EHR/EMR medical charting systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience Stable, physician-led practice environment Opportunity for long-term growth within a multi-location practice
