This is a specialized men's health position. Applicants MUST have previous experience managing Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization. Applicants without direct TRT/hormone replacement experience will not be considered. Gameday Men's Health Schertz is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing men's health clinic. This is a part-time position working Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only. There are no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. Compensation $65.00 per hour Paid holidays when they fall on a scheduled workday About Us Gameday Men's Health is a modern men's health clinic specializing in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, erectile dysfunction, and men's wellness. We provide a high-end patient experience with on-site laboratory testing, same-day consultations, and personalized treatment plans. Our goal is to deliver exceptional patient care in a comfortable, concierge-style environment. Responsibilities Evaluate new and established patients Review laboratory results and develop treatment plans Diagnose and manage testosterone deficiency and hormone-related conditions Prescribe and manage Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Manage medical weight loss and other men's health therapies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate with the Medical Assistant and front office team to provide outstanding patient care Follow all state and federal regulations and clinical protocols Qualifications Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Active DEA registration Active Controlled Substance Registration Minimum of 2 years of provider experience Previous Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization experience is required Experience in men's health, endocrinology, urology, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with our clinical team Excellent communication and patient relationship skills We are looking for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, practices evidence-based medicine, and takes pride in delivering exceptional care.
