Job Description
Hospital-employed primary care practice in West Texas is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient clinic due to increasing patient demand and expanding access needs.
- Outpatient-only practice seeing approximately 18-20 patients daily with no call and no weekend responsibilities
- Practice independently with a collaborative physician partner available for consultation and mentorship as needed
- Hospital-employed position with an established and growing outpatient practice experiencing a 30+ day wait for new patients
- Flexible 4.5-day or 5-day work week with dedicated administrative time built into the schedule
- Full support staff including dedicated nursing and clinical personnel, private office space, and on-campus access to lab and imaging services
