Full benefits package available Position Summary We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Spring, Texas . This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment. The work is engaging and varied, with a broad patient population and generally low-acuity presentations that keep skills sharp without the pressure of inpatient follow-up. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound management Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR Code and bill services appropriately Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license Board certification:

NCCPA certification

NP:
