Waco, TX Position Overview:
The Full-Time Clinic Provider role is based in a primary care setting and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of a physician. This position supports a steady daily patient volume of approximately 20-30 patients, ensuring consistent, attentive, and efficient care. This is a fully onsite role.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive patient care in a primary care clinic setting Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical team Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Provide patient education and promote preventive care Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards Manage daily patient flow while maintaining quality of care
Compensation & Incentives:
Hourly rate: $57
•65 per hour Additional RVU-based bonus structure Estimated total annual compensation: $120,000

Preferred Qualifications:
