PRIMARY DUTIES
must have a genuine desire to continuously learn and provide high quality patient care seeing ambulatory patients of the Center as scheduled and assigned by Center maintain full privileges for practice of clinical medicine at Family Health Center abide by the ethics of the medical profession and all federal, state and local laws and ordinances applicable to his/her practice. participate in committees/work groups as assigned

May participate in quality improvement projects Other duties as assigned Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BA/BS, graduate of AMA accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. Current or pending FNP license, current CPR certification.
SKILLS:
Provide professional health care services for clients in an ambulatory clinic setting.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
possess a valid Texas driver's license and appropriate liability insurance visual and auditory accuracy indoor setting continuous use of computer extended periods of standing and/or sitting frequent use of telephone continuous repetitive grasping and manipulation of both hands continuous conversational communication occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 lbs occasional walking, standing, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching and twisting and climbing use of personal car occasionally working in confined areas understand/carry out simple/detailed, oral/written instructions memorize and retain instructions read and interpret detailed specifications Share job details to
