Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - IV Therapy & Wellness About Cove Health Cove Health is a human performance, recovery, and longevity destination. As we open our newest Heber City location, we're looking for a skilled provider to help us deliver that care from day one. About the Role This is a dual clinical role. You'll be both the hands-on IV provider and the practitioner seeing patients—establishing care, running wellness visits and building long-term relationships with the people we serve. You'll work with our Medical Director to learn protocols, IV workflow, documentation standards, and care model alongside our established team. If you like variety in your day and want ownership of patient care from intake through treatment, this is a strong fit. What You'll Do Establish care with new patients and conduct comprehensive wellness checks Order and review labs for wellness checks, hormone optimization and replacement therapy. Place IVs and administer IV therapy safely and efficiently Develop and manage individualized patient care plans Support our DEXA Scan, VO2 Max testing and EKG. Peptide therapy Document encounters accurately and completely in our EMR Partner with other members of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience Support a human performance, recovery, and longevity model of care centered on prevention, optimization, and long-term vitality What We're Looking For Warm, patient-centered communication style Active Utah NP or PA license in good standing Hands-on longevity medicine practice, IV insertion and IV therapy experience (required) Experience establishing care and performing wellness checks and preventive visits Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with autonomy Reliable, organized, and a genuine team player Why Join Us Be a founding clinical voice at a brand-new location Work in a growing human performance, recovery, and longevity practice Varied, engaging days—clinical care and procedural work Supportive team and structured onboarding
