Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Technician to join our dealership team. The Lot Technician is responsible for keeping the vehicle inventory organized, clean, presentable, and ready for customers. This is a hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in keeping things organized. Responsibilities Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service areas Pick up and deliver vehicles as needed Keep new and used vehicle inventory organized and properly positioned Wash, clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues or damage Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dealership lot Assist sales and service departments with vehicle movement and other lot-related needs Retrieve and deliver vehicles as needed Install license plates, floor mats, or other basic vehicle accessories Maintain keys and ensure vehicles are parked in the appropriate locations Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate and maneuver vehicles of various sizes Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous automotive, dealership, detailing, or lot experience is a plus, but not required Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
