This position will be primarily telehealth , providing convenient, personalized care to Spanish-speaking patients throughout Utah. We are looking for an NP who is warm, approachable, clinically confident, and enjoys taking the time to listen to patients and help them navigate their healthcare needs. Responsibilities Provide primarily telehealth visits for adult primary care and general medical concerns Evaluate common acute and chronic conditions Provide medication management and refills when clinically appropriate Order and review laboratory testing and diagnostic studies Provide preventive care and health education Develop ongoing relationships with concierge care members Coordinate referrals or in-person care when necessary Maintain clear and timely medical documentation Collaborate with our Medical Director and clinical team Qualifications Active Utah Nurse Practitioner license, or eligible for Utah licensure Fluent Spanish and English required Primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or similar clinical experience preferred Comfortable providing telehealth care Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner Interest in personalized and concierge-style medicine Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a medical team Passion for improving healthcare access for Spanish-speaking communities About the Position This is an opportunity to become part of a growing concierge healthcare program designed to make medical care more accessible, personal, and convenient.
