Role Description This is a part-time or full-time (Applicant preference), with a goal to move to full time, on-site Medical Provider role located in West Jordan, UT, open to MDs, DOs, PA-Cs, NPs, and similar licensed clinicians. We are seeking a dedicated Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, APRN, NP-C, FNP-BC, etc), Physician Assistant/Associate (PA-C), Naturopath (ND, NMD), Medical Doctor (MD, DO) to join our healthcare team. Ultimately we are searching for someone who wants to eventually become a partner in the business. The ideal candidate needs to want to help people with chronic illness (POTS, Dysautonomia, Long Covid, Lyme Disease, Vascular Compressions, Immunological problems, Autoimmune Disease, NeuroImmune disorders); with experience in one of the following areas: Internal Medicine or Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Immunology, Rheumatology, Osteopathic Medicine, Autonomic Neurology. We also manage hormones, infusion therapy, and like to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience with chronic illness as listed above, or must have a desire to help learn about and help those with chronic and complicated illness. If Candidate is a PA-C, must have minimum of 5-7 years experience due to this office being owned and operated by a PA-C, state regulations require minimum experience to not practice under a supervising physician. The candidate must also be willing to become FMCSA medical provider, CDL/DOT Certified if not already certified. This is a Hybrid Cash Pay/Direct Care Clinic, that no longer accepts any form of insurance. We are an outpatient clinic that offers an on call model that often responds to texts and phone calls after hours. However, there is no rounding in hospitals for call. This would be on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, often with extended time office visits, offering more time to patients for education and questions. The ideal candidate may be willing to start part-time and build their practice and move to full time, or be willing to start with a salary plus bonus based upon collections in order to allow growth and prove effectiveness along with covering some form of the upfront cost of employment. As this is a small clinic and small staff, we are not in a position to spend a year training and creating growth with someone, but rather need someone that can truly run with their responsibilities and provide confidence and growth within a few months time. It is a huge plus if you believe you can bring patients with you to the clinic. Duties Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, including CDL/DOT Physicals Perform in office procedures such as joint injections, nail removals/ablations, simple derm procedures (sutures, biopsies, etc), vitamin or antibiotic injections, simple testing. Manage acute and chronic illnesses Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care Manage and dive into depth of chronic illness, think 'outside the box', and provide empathy along with direction for patients who have lost confidence in the healthcare system. Manage all aspects of primary care and internal medicine: including hormones, weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and much more. Qualifications Valid and unrestricted license as an MD, DO, PA-C, NP, or equivalent, with appropriate board certification or eligibility as required. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including experience managing both acute and chronic medical conditions in an outpatient or primary care setting. Must have previous experience (Minimum 1-2 years), preferably 3+ years Experience with other injectable treatments like Botox, Stem Cells, PRP is a plus Capable of lifting and transferring patients when necessary (Rare) Willing to and desire to handle complex chronic illness Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs), maintaining accurate documentation, and following established clinical workflows. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build trust with patients, families, and team members. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and to contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs, clinic schedules, and organizational priorities while maintaining high-quality care. We offer both direct cash pay to patients and direct care memberships. We even have true Concierge services as well for patients that are willing to pay for such services. Our goal has been to offer patients a voice in their own healthcare, and to proceed the direction that is desired by the patient (Conservative, aggressive, more natural, western medicine, or combination of all). We focus on listening and developing both long term and short term plans for our patients. If you prefer to get patients in and out, this clinic is not for you.
