Nurse Practitioner - PRN Migraine Neurotoxin Injections MindWell MD | West Jordan, UtahPRN / Very Part-Time | Approximately 1-10 hours per month$100/hour We currently average approximately 9 hours per month, with all patients consolidated into one clinic day each month. MindWell MD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide Xeomin injections for chronic migraine on a flexible, PRN basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP looking to add a small amount of flexible, procedure-focused clinical work to an existing schedule.

Schedule:

Patients will be consolidated onto one clinic day each month, typically the last Friday of the month. The monthly clinic day can be changed to another mutually agreeable date based on your availability. Hours vary based on patient volume, approximately 1-10 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

Perform Xeomin injections for chronic migraine Follow the practice's established migraine injection protocol Review relevant patient history prior to treatment Provide patient education and aftercare instructions Complete concise clinical documentation Communicate with the physician and clinical team as needed

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah Experience administering Botox, Xeomin, or other neurotoxins preferred Experience performing neurotoxin injections for chronic migraine highly preferred Comfortable performing procedures independently after appropriate onboarding Reliable, professional, and excellent with patients

Compensation:

$100/hour MindWell MD provides the clinical space, Xeomin, supplies, administrative support, and patient scheduling.
